Yup! My hair’s that red. It only looks that red under the sun… otherwise, it’s really just a dark red - nothing too shocking!
The jacket and shoes are as before.. the t-shirt is by James Perse and J Brand trousers. :)

On the very first day of running around in Manhattan, NY, I remember getting snapped by a streetstyle photographer who distracted me and I ended up walking into another guy on the street. It was very embarrassing, yet memorable at the same time. The photographer was a man with silver hair and he nodded to me as I continued my way.
So I was just reading some news on The New York Times and came across this article on Bill Cunningham. Guess what? It was him who took my picture!

Bill’s a brilliant fashion photographer - the original street style photographer! He’s also famous for not publishing many of his pictures, which is very interesting, no? Rumour has it that he has got THE largest visual art history of Manhattan in the last 40 - 50 years. I remember wearing that camel coat - belted - with a Mcqueen scarf which ended up flopping in the wind. That’s really something to remember!

Margiela embodies a quiet, cool elegance with using deconstruction as an art form. As part of the Antwerp Six (together with Dries Van Noten & Ann Demeulemeester), his look is avant-garde and pretty interesting in that sense.
Saying that his designs are based on minimalism might not be true - his shows are all about extreme fashion which pushed the boundaries of what would normally be termed as ‘fashion’. His clothes are miles different from Philo’s vision for Celine, in that what he presents on runways are not always wearable in real life.
Personally, what Margiela does isn’t to my personal style or look I like to achieve, although I must admit that I’ve got a couple of his shirts which have served me well. Also, the t-shirts he churns out in support for the AIDS cause is very respectable.

Thanks for the question! It’s pretty interesting to see the questions posted to me here!
Well, I dress according to the weather, seeing how erratic the English weather can be. It usually starts with a particular piece of clothing - a top or bottom - which I feel like it deserves an outing, and then build around it. Accessories make or break outfits, but less is more.
Inspiration wise, I love the iconic looks of James Dean & Marlon Brando with a modern take on it.
As for designers, I’m obsessed with Riccardo Tisci x Givenchy, Phoebe Philo x CĂ©line, Nicolas Ghesquiere x Balenciaga, Miuccia Prada x Prada, Alber Elbaz x Lanvin, Tom Ford & Marc Jacobs. They’re all visionaries in their own right. The Philo/Celine juggernaut combination has fueled a strong, but reduced feel to fashion - one which I also feel strongly for.
P.S Feel free to ask more questions!!
